The JMB will deliver a training module on Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection of Senior School Leaders (Principal/Deputy Principal). This interactive session will explore all aspects of the recruitment process from the initial advertisement to the job offer. Attendees will have an opportunity to understand the recruitment process, to develop questions for the Application Form and for the interview process. There will be an opportunity to engage in a shortlisting exercise. The implications of the Appeal Circular 62 2021 will also be covered.
Chairperson, Principals and nominees of the Board of Management who are likely to serve on Selection Committees for the appointment of Senior School Leaders are invited to attend.
