Competency Based Questioning in Assistant Principal Interviews

The JMB has developed a professional learning session in the area of Competency Based Questioning in the Recruitment of Assistant Principals.  This interactive session will cover the principles of competency-based interviewing and effective question formulation.  Attendees will have an opportunity to develop questions which assess the specific competencies outlined in Circular 03/2018.  There will also be input on best practice in Assistant Principal competitions.

Chairpersons, Principals and nominees of the Board of Management who are likely to serve on Selection Committees for the appointment Assistant Principals and Independent Chairpersons are invited to attend.
