We have been informed by Allianz that schools are indemnified for Ukrainian Refugee children attending Department of Education funded and approved July Provision and Summer Programmes, even if these students are not enrolled in the school.
If a school’s Board of Management is running a summer camp outside of the Department programmes, the Allianz School Protection Policy can be extended to provide cover at an additional premium. As another goodwill gesture, Allianz have confirmed that the Ukrainian Refugee children attending these summer camps will not be a factor in determining the premium due.
