It is the JMB’s policy that all schools publish enrolment policies that are compliant with legislation and in keeping with the ethos of the school. “If a parent is unhappy with either the content of the policy or any aspect of its implementation then schools must inform parents of their right to challenge the policy under section 29 of the Education Act 1998,”.
