Part 1 is the latest revision of the "Blue Book". It contains the "Articles of Management". It covers the first seven chapters of the "Blue Book" and focusses on the roles and responsiblities of Boards of Management. Board of Management Manual-Part 2 covers employment legislation and its implications for Boards of Management as employers. A set of guidelines on contracts and templates has been published to support school management in the granting of appropriate contracts of employment.

Part 3 is the  "Financial Management Guidelines for Voluntary Secondary Schools" manual. It is a reference manual of best financial practice which gives guidance to school management on all aspects of finance which impinge on the operation of the school.

Guidelines on the Inclusion of Students of Other Faiths in Catholic Secondary Schools

These guidelines offer practical suggestions to Catholic school communities on ways in which to welcome and facilitate all students, including those of different faiths, while remaining true to the characteristic spirit of the school and the Gospel values that motivate Catholic education.
