Joint Managerial Body (JMB)

The JMB represents the Boards of Management of over 400 Voluntary Secondary Schools in the Republic of Ireland. The JMB is the umbrella body for the AMCSS (Association of Management of Catholic Secondary Schools) and the ISA (Irish School Heads' Association) which represents the Protestant Schools in the State.

JMB/AMCSS Allocations Seminars
The JMB/AMCSS is arranging a series of seminars to assist school management with the interpretation of staffing allocations and schedules for 2012/13.

Board of Management Training Phase 2
In-service training for Boards of Management Phase 2 will take place on a regional basis at nine venues from the 6th-8th of March.

Child Protection Procedures Information Evenings
Your Board is invited to nominate two people to attend one of the information evenings on child protection for members of school Boards of Management. The evenings have been developed in partnership with the three management organisations at second level – the JMB, the ACCS and the IVEA.
